Structured across four levels, the course teaches students how to accompany hymns on acoustic guitar using the chord shapes, fingerpicking patterns, strumming approaches, capo techniques, and rhythmic vocabulary that Blayne himself reaches for after decades of playing and leading music. While approachable for complete beginners, the later levels gradually move into more advanced accompaniment concepts, including drop-D tuning, chord melody playing, open-string scales, connecting lines between chords, and fuller solo-guitar textures.
